Happy New Year!
I have entered 2025 with a combination of excitement around what a fresh year can bring and lots of ideas about how I can grow my business, mixed with a feeling of overwhelm and slight panic - please tell me I’m not the only one?!
I’m not one for resolutions as I feel that puts too much unnecessary pressure on myself, however I do find that I always enter a new year with the urge to look after myself more, prioritise my time more effectively and put my health and well-being first.
The first thing I know I need to do is to take January slowly, easing myself back into healthier eating & exercise rather than a drastic shift straight after the festive binge. Hopefully getting the year off to a slower pace this will set me up for taking things one step at a time across the whole year, rather than feeling constantly swept up with the craziness of the juggle and feeling of needing to fit more and more in - which I definitely did in 2024.
Colour Analysis Sessions at Ossie
I always like to start the year with a special offer to my clients and followers, so this year I’m so excited to be hosting colour analysis sessions at Ossie Studio in central York. Ossie is a beautifully lit space and the team put self care at the centre of what they do, from fitness classes to relaxing beauty treatments in an inviting and welcoming environment. It’s so exciting to be offering colour analysis as a form of self care - which it really is!
One of my biggest passions is helping people to work with their existing wardrobes before buying new and colour analysis plays a huge part in this. Once you know your colour pallet you’ll stop wasting money on the wrong pieces and you will find that all of your clothes compliment each other and you’ll find creating outfits much more effortless.
Discovering your best colours is like a light has been switched on your complexion - your skin appears fresher, your eyes will sparkle and you'll feel lifted & energised, who doens’t want that?!
During a session we discuss your undertones & overtones of your skin, which neutrals and accent colours are right for you and the make up colours that are meant for you will suddenly make much more sense. You will leave the session with a clear understanding of your dominant season, so you can go away and start putting it all into practice with your wardrobe.
I have one hour sessions available on 13th & 27th January for an amazing price of £130. (If they sell out I may throw in an extra date on 3rd February so do let me know if that date works for you.)
